SMOKEY OLIVE WOOD (SOW) Wallnut is made from specially selected walnut wood.

Strong aroma and intense smoke. Gives the dish a distinctive, sweet yet spicy flavour. Ideal for pork, beef, lamb and venison.

The carvings can be smoked in a wide range of smokehouses, gas, charcoal or electric grills with tight-fitting lids.
