PRIVACY POLICY

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This policy of MB Griliai centers (hereinafter - the Policy) regulates the basic principles and rules of processing your personal data when using the website www.griliai.lt (hereinafter - the Website).

1.2. This Policy: 1.2.1. applies in cases where you visit the Website and use the opportunity to purchase products and/or services offered on the Website;

1.2.2. designed to protect your personal data from unauthorized use;

1.2.3. defines the obligations of your personal data controllers;

1.2.4. explains how and for what purposes your personal data is collected, used and stored (processed) on the Website;

1.2.5. informs you about your rights as a subject of personal data and their implementation methods.

1.3. Terms used in this Policy:

1.3.1. Personal data - any information about a natural person whose identity has been determined (is known) or whose identity can be directly or indirectly determined (data subject) using relevant identifiers, such as name and surname, e-mail address, Internet identifier (IP address) and other data or attributes.

1.3.2. Data Subject (You) - a natural person whose personal data is processed on the basis and for the purposes specified in this Policy.

1.3.3. Data controller - MB Grilių centras (legal entity code 304749060, registration address Europos pr. 34-47, LT-46370 Kaunas) which processes your personal data on the basis of jointly determined goals and measures.

1.4. When processing your personal data, we comply with the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the Legal Protection of Personal Data, the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Electronic Communications, other laws and legal acts regulating the processing and protection of personal data, including the 2016 April 27 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

II. BASIC PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL DATA MANAGEMENT

2.1. The information we collect about you depends on what information you provide us when you register to purchase products and/or services offered on the Website, agree to the use of cookies and/or subscribe to newsletters.

2.2. When using the Website, you are not obliged to provide us with any Personal Data, but it is possible that in this case we will not be able to provide you with the opportunity to purchase the services and/or products offered on the Website.

2.3. The data provided during your use of the Website is jointly collected and further processed in accordance with 1.3.3 of this Policy. Data Controllers specified in point

2.4. We collect Personal Data that you provide when you use the Site and register in order to purchase the products and/or services we offer, i.e. ie:

2.4.1. Basic information – name, surname, e-mail address and telephone number;

2.4.2. Data related to registration for products offered on the Website and (or) purchase - ordered service/product, information on consent and non-consent to the processing of Personal Data for direct marketing purposes (when you register for our newsletter order) and related records;

2.4.3. Other data about the use of the Website - data collected using cookies and similar technologies related to Internet browsing, etc.

2.5. We collect and further process Personal Data only in accordance with 1.4 of this Policy. on the grounds and relevant purposes defined in the legal acts referred to in point, as stated below: 2.5.1. Your registration for the purchase (order) of services and/or products offered on the Website; 2.5.2. With your consent, when Personal Data is processed for the purpose of direct marketing;

2.6. In all the cases mentioned above, we process your Personal Data only to the extent necessary to achieve the respective clearly defined and legitimate purposes, taking into account the protection of the Data Subject's privacy.

2.7. We ensure that Personal Data is processed accurately, fairly and lawfully, that it is processed only for purposes that are consistent with the purposes established before the collection of Personal Data, that Personal Data is processed only in strict accordance with clear and transparent personal data processing requirements established by legislation.

2.8. 2.4.1 of this Policy provided during your registration on the Website. and 2.4.2, we will store the data (except for your consent to the processing of Personal Data for direct marketing purposes) for no longer than 6 (six) months.

2.9. We will keep the data specified in point 2.4.3 of this Policy for no longer than 4.1 of this document. the term specified in the Cookie Policy mentioned in point

2.10. We store your Personal Data for no longer than the period stipulated in this Policy, unless a longer period of storage of such personal data is established in legal acts.

2.11. Your Personal data is handled responsibly and securely. Data controllers, both when determining the means of personal data processing and during the data processing itself, implement appropriate data protection technical and organizational measures established by legal acts to protect processed personal data from accidental or illegal destruction, damage, change, loss, disclosure, as well as from any other illegal processing. Appropriate measures are determined taking into account the risks arising from the processing of Personal Data.

2.12. In the e-shop, payments are processed by using makecommerce.lt platform, which is managed by Maksekeskus AS (Liivalaia 45, Tallinn 10145, Estonia, reg. no.: 12268475), therefore your personal information required for payment execution and confirmation will be transferred to Maksekeskus AS.

III. DIRECT MARKETING (NEWSLETTER) TERMS

3.1. If you have agreed to subscribe to our newsletter, we will use your email. e-mail address for sending non-personalized information about goods, discounts, offers, contests, news, surveys and other news. The collected information will only be used for sending the newsletter.

3.2. Our newsletter is sent from the Data Controller. Your e-mail we may transfer your email address to third parties providing specialized services only to send you a newsletter.

3.3. Data (e-mail address) processing term: 5 years, but no longer than your consent is valid.

3.4. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by sending an unsubscribe email to by mail info@griliai.lt or by clicking the link at the bottom of the newsletter.

IV. COOKIES

4.1. Data using cookies and similar technologies related to web browsing etc. is collected based on Cookie policy.

4.2. You can control the use of cookies by changing your browser settings or in other ways.

V. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

5.1. We inform you that as a Data Subject you have the following rights:

5.1.1. to know (be informed) about the processing of your Personal data;

5.1.2. to receive information from which sources and which Personal data was collected, for what purpose it is processed, to which recipients of the data it is provided and has been provided;

5.1.3. demand correction of processed personal data if the data is inaccurate and/or incomplete;

5.1.4. to demand the destruction of their Personal Data or to stop the processing of their personal domains, if excessive Personal Data is being processed, the Data Subject withdraws consent or there is another sufficient basis for this;

5.1.5. to receive the Personal Data relating to you that you have provided to the Company in a structured, commonly used and computer-readable format and to transfer that data to another data controller, or to request that we directly transfer such Personal Data to another data controller where technically possible (right to data portability).

5.2. Regarding 5.1 p. you can apply to any of the Data Controllers for the specified rights. The domain controller authorized to exercise your rights is MB Grilių centras. MB Grill Center, with the help of the appointed data protection officer, will provide you with the necessary information, as well as implement your other rights as a Data Subject in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts and this Policy.

5.3. A written request to any Data Controller regarding this Policy 5.1. You must submit the specified information submission or actions together with a document confirming your personal identity or in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts, using electronic means of communication that allow you to properly identify you, who has confirmed your personal identity. When you apply to the Data Controller in writing, you must attach a notarized copy of your personal identity document to your request, except for cases where the written request is submitted directly to the Data Controller's employees and it is possible to identify you at the time of submitting the request.

VI. FINAL PROVISIONS

6.1. If you have questions or complaints about the processing of Personal Data, you can contact the Data Controller, e-mail to the data protection officer at the email address info@griliai.lt or you have the option to register your request by calling +37067690777. Also, if you have complaints, you can contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate, although first of all, we will try to resolve all situations together with you.

6.2. This Policy is reviewed and updated at least once a year or when the legal acts that regulate the processing of personal data change.

6.3. Data controllers have the right to partially or completely change the rules described in this Policy. We will inform you about the changes by publishing an updated version of the Policy on the Website. For this reason, we recommend that you periodically visit our Website, where you will always find the latest version of the Policy.
