  • Fuel: concentrated charcoal (also known as charcoal briquettes or "cushions") / special COBB Cobblestone coconut shell tablets for an extremely fast and smokeless setting.
  • Grill sides, inner bowl, lid, lifting handle: robust, top quality stainless steel.
  • Designed to direct heat to the cooking planes and keep the sides and bottom of the grill cool at all times. You can grill on any surface. If desired, you can move it to another location without burning your hands or using gloves.
  • There will never be any tongues of flame: all the fat and liquids will run down to the bottom (the inner bowl) and not directly onto the coals.
  • The COBB Premier charcoal grill stands stable on a wet surface: you can grill both on the boat and on the yacht. This is ensured by special rubber feet and a stable construction.
  • The fuel tray is where the coal briquettes / COBB Cobblestone tablet are placed. If you put a small pot or teapot on it, you can make soup or tea.
  • The 222-hole universal plate included in the set is coated with a safe, non-scratch Teflon. It can also act as a deflector to dampen and distribute heat. When used as a deflector, cooking takes place on a grill (podium). Cleaning is similar to Teflon-coated pans.
  • Setting up: In the bottom of the inner bowl, in the central part, are placed the sear plugs for searing. The briquettes/COBB Cobblestone tablet are placed above them in a removable tray. The lit plugs ignite the fuel of choice. Once the briquettes / COBB Cobblestone are burnt (turning white, no longer emitting smoke), the selected planes can be stacked and the tooth covered. We recommend that you leave the cooking plane to preheat and only then add the selected meat, fish or vegetables to the grill. If you choose Briquettes, you will be able to grill for ±15 minutes, Cobblestone for ±5 minutes.
  • Cooking: The COBB grill can be used for both "dry" and "wet" cooking. Dry grilling is the normal grilling method. For wet grilling, the sides of the lower inner bowl should be filled with seasoned water or other liquids, and your favourite herbs or garlic cloves added. This will give the food a delicate flavour, juiciness and tenderness. You can also bake potatoes in foil on the sides of the inner pan to maximise the volume of the grill.
  • SmokingUse wood chips, chunks, directly on the heat source: briquettes or tablets. If you prefer to refill the chips less frequently or to have a long but light wood smoke, wrap the chips in foil and poke holes. Place the foil on the charcoal briquettes.
  • End of cooking: using the universal lifting handle provided, remove the coal box with the remaining hot briquettes / COBB Cobblestone tablet. Pull them to the side and cover them with water or sand, just as you would in the open air, leaving the embers from a campfire. You can immediately put the barbecue in your bag or pick it up and carry it home. 
  • Cleaning. The COBB Premier is easy to maintain: the grease from the steaks is collected in a special groove in the inner container. If you cover the inner pan with foil, the grease will not run onto the inner pan. After frying, all you have to do is remove the foil and replace it with a new one. Another way: after baking, add water to the inner pan and leave it to heat for a few minutes to 'drain' the fat. Then wipe with a paper towel. The grill can be cleaned in the dishwasher, except for the multi-purpose plate. You can also choose a good quality cleaner for stainless steel. We recommend GRANIT.

    COBB grills are covered by a limited 2-year warranty for their intended use.

    The warranty is void in the following cases:
    The grill has already been repaired by other than official dealers;
    Misuse, negligence, natural disasters;
    Neglect (if the grill has not been cleaned after use);
