SMOKEY OLIVE WOOD (SOW) Olive is made from carefully selected olive root wood.

Olive root wood is incredibly dense. Its stable pieces burn very evenly, gradually releasing smoke. For this reason it is best suited for larger barbecues, open fires and smokehouses.

The olive tree adds a typical, light, mild, aromatic olive flavour to the dish. It is most suitable for pork, poultry, fish, beef, lamb and smoking vegetables.
