What we learned in COBB

On a sunny and very windy Tuesday afternoon, we gathered COBB grill enthusiasts for a tasty, flavourful and useful lesson.

There is a reason why the COBB grill is gaining more and more popularity: thanks to its unique design, durability, completeness and the manufacturer's attention to its product, more and more Lithuanians are choosing it. COBB is like a kitchen in a small bag with all kinds of accessories, and it's no wonder we wanted to teach everyone how to use them.

Cooking without fuel is impossible, so we showed and told why and when to choose coconut tablets, how long it takes to light up compressed charcoal, and how they differ from each other.

What we were most interested in, and what we were most interested in, were the chips and the smoking process - after all, a COBB grill is ideal for giving dishes that distinctive grilled smell, look and taste.

Grill expert Audrius showed not only how to smoke the fish you just caught, but even how to do it in 2 tiers. He used COBB elevators to help.

It's obvious that you can smoke anything, but there is still something to surprise you every time. Even with a seemingly simple snack - smoked prune with bacon. It seemed to many that the plums were spiced, but there was really no mystery.

COBB's grilled chicken is one of those simple but basic dishes that few can resist. We have given you tips on how to cook it without running out of charcoal, without running out of heat and, above all, without overcooking. The smart Napoleon thermometer - one more secret to enjoying succulent meat

Grilled - smoked cottage cheese or tortilla on a board - a few more quick and easy snack options that are perfect for travelling. They are easy to make, safe to transport, without fear of hot temperatures, long marinating times and rarely found spices. During the lesson, we saw together that simple dishes receive just as many compliments.

Mindaugas baked and lightly fried scrambled eggs. After all, everything tastes much better in nature and breakfast is the start of a good day! With a light, apple-smoking scrambled eggs, the day is sure to get off to a perfect start!

We hope that you have gained new knowledge and useful information during the lesson and that the COBB grill will become an inseparable companion for your tastiest outings.

See you next time!
