Specifications

  • Manufacturer: COBB International
  • Country of origin.
  • Weight: 6,9 kg
  • The baking surface of the universal baking tray is 34 x 48 cm.
  • Fuel: concentrated charcoal (charcoal briquettes) / special COBB Cobblestone coconut shell tablets for ultra-fast and smokeless cooking.
  • Grill sides, inner bowl, lid, grates, lifting handle: robust, top quality food-grade stainless steel.
  • The COBB Supreme charcoal grill has a non-marking surface - the grill can be carried even if the heat inside is intense.
  • The stainless steel housing is designed to direct the heat of the fuel to the inside of the grill, the planes inside the grill and the food being cooked. This results in lower fuel consumption.
  • The inner container has a groove in which you can pour beer, wine and marinade. Vegetables ready for grilling are placed above the groove. In the centre of the vessel is the combustion chamber.
  • A universal cooking plate is included. It is coated with non-stick Teflon and easy to clean. The fat from the meat is drained into a groove in the inner part of the pan, so the food is cooked with less fat. In addition, the fat does not get stuck on the heat source.
  • You can place a small pot or teapot on the fuel tray and make tea and soup.
  • There is a lifting handle.
  • The COBB Supreme is sold with a durable bag with long handles - convenient to carry with you everywhere.
  • The COBB Supreme is a smokeless charcoal grill so you can cook on your balcony or terrace. The grill also stands stable even on wet surfaces, there is no open flame and the hood protects against unexpected water.
  • Setting up: In the bottom of the inner bowl, in the central part, you can place the sear plugs. The briquettes / COBB Cobblestone tablet are placed above them in a removable tray. The lit plugs ignite the fuel of choice. Once the briquettes / COBB Cobblestone are burnt (turning white, no longer emitting smoke), the selected planes can be stacked and the lid can be closed. If you choose briquettes, you can cook after ±15 min, for Cobblestone after ±5 min.
  • Baking: The COBB grill can be used for both 'dry' and 'wet' cooking. Dry grilling is the normal grilling method. Wet grilling is the normal method of grilling and should be done by adding seasoned water or other liquids to the sides of the lower inner bowl, or by adding your favourite herbs or garlic cloves. This will give the food a delicate flavour, juiciness and tenderness. You can also bake potatoes in foil on the sides of the inner pan to maximise the volume of the grill.
  • SmokingUse wood chips, chunks, directly on the heat source: briquettes or tablets. If you prefer to refill the chips less frequently or to have a long but light wood smoke, wrap the chips in foil and poke holes. Place the foil on the charcoal briquettes.
  • End of cooking: remove the canister with the remaining hot briquettes/tablet using the included universal lifting handle. Pull them to the side and smother them with water or sand, just as you would in the open air, leaving the embers from a campfire. You can immediately put the barbecue in your bag or pick it up and carry it home.
  • Cleaning. The COBB Supreme is easy to maintain: the fat from the steaks is collected in a special groove in the inner container. If you cover the inner pan with foil, the grease will not run onto the inner pan. After frying, all you have to do is remove the foil and replace it with a new one. The grill, except for the multi-purpose plate, can be cleaned in the dishwasher. You can also choose quality cleaners for stainless steel. We recommend "Granit - detergent used in professional kitchens.
