The secret of a delicious pizza is a real live fire and a high-quality, heat-retaining baking stone. Pizza ovens are characterized by hot air circulation and extremely high cooking temperatures. The pizza is cooked very quickly. 60-90 seconds and it is ready to be served on your table.
This Cozze 13TM pizza oven runs on LPG (Liquefied Gas). With the same, standard gas cylinder as gas grills. The gas cylinder is connected to the pizza oven in the same way as a gas grill, then the gas inlet from the cylinder is opened and the battery igniter is pressed, which ignites the oven burner. The lighter requires a standard AA size battery, which must be purchased separately for the oven.
The oven has a U-shaped gas burner, which means that the flame in the oven burns simultaneously on both sides. The burner power of the oven can also be adjusted as with all gas grills. The gas burner has a flame protector that automatically shuts off the gas supply if the flame goes out during combustion for any reason, such as windy weather. The device has a built-in thermometer that shows the temperature inside the oven. You should purchase a separate infrared thermometer to measure the temperature of the pizza stone.
