BroilChef Tahoe BC-3017S – a reliable and versatile gas grill for everyday outdoor cooking. This model belongs to the Tahoe series and is characterized by a solid construction, quality materials and practical solutions that allow you to comfortably grill various dishes.
Grill has four main stainless steel tubular burners, whose power each aims at 3.4 kW. Each burner has a separate ignition system and can be adjusted separately, so it is possible to conveniently create several heat zones.
It is additionally equipped with a grill infrared sear burner, integrated into the right side shelf. It reaches an extremely high temperature and allows you to quickly sear the surface of the meat, producing a bright browning crust.
The cooking chamber is made of cast aluminum, so it has strength, corrosion resistance and good heat storage properties. Double construction lid helps keep the temperature inside the grill more stable.
The model is equipped with massive 8 mm stainless steel grill, which store heat well and ensure even cooking. Above the main cooking zone is integrated stainless steel heating rack, designed to store already baked products or gently finish baking.
Convenience is ensured two spacious side shelves, lower cabinet for gas cylinder, removable grease tray and four fixed castors, allowing the grill to be easily moved and placed stably.
