BroilChef Paramount BC-540SBS – a high-power gas grill designed for convenient and versatile outdoor cooking. The model is characterized by a solid construction and quality materials that ensure durability and stable operation of the grill.

Grill has four main stainless steel burners, whose power each aims at about 4.2 kW. Each burner has its own rotary ignition and can be adjusted evenly, allowing for the convenience of multiple heat zones.

Additionally, the grill is equipped with two specialized burners. Rear ceramic burner for grilling on a spit - it ensures even heating from the rear part of the grill. Side Infrared Sear Burner, integrated into the right side shelf, reaches an extremely high temperature and allows you to quickly sear the surface of the meat.

Grill the cooking chamber is made of cast aluminum, so it has heat resistance and good heat storage properties. Double construction lid made of stainless steel helps maintain a stable cooking temperature, and the integrated thermometer allows you to conveniently monitor the cooking process.

The grill is equipped with massive 9 mm stainless steel grill, which transmit heat perfectly and are characterized by durability. Provides additional comfort illuminated cooking chamber, two stainless steel side shelves, space for a gas cylinder in the lower cabinet and four fixed castors, allowing the grill to be conveniently moved and placed stably.
