In 1952, George Stevens, a father of twelve, was the first to develop the spherical grill, revolutionising barbecue culture, first in America and then around the world. Now the founder of the easily recognisable brand WEBER, which is easily recognised by barbecue enthusiasts, Stevens has a love of barbecues almost as great as his love of life.
D. Stiven, who was looking for new flavours, invented the barbecue, which now comes in many shapes, types, materials and, above all, in impeccable quality. WEBER produces millions of grills - for millions of people around the world.
The WEBER brand is not limited to the production of barbecues - the company can offer many more innovative solutions. For example, WEBER produces Flavorizer Bars, which are angled to collect dripping fat. The flaming fat gives the food a distinctive smoky smell, and the evaporated fat drains into the tray of the grease collection system without touching the burners, reducing the risk of fire. The latest WEBER grills also include the possibility to integrate an iGrill temperature module in the housing and sensors that are controlled via Bluetooth. The sensors allow you to monitor the temperature of the food you are cooking on your phone, on a dedicated app, even if you walk 10 metres away from the grill. WEBER is also proud of its hardwood charcoal briquettes: they are 100% natural, without added chemicals, and have the advantage of being able to burn for an extremely long time.
