Gas grills are the most popular, most loved by both BBQ enthusiasts and professionals - the most impatient. Preparing these grills for work is a no-brainer: gas grills really heat up extremely quickly, so you can start grilling after only 5-10 minutes.

If gas grills have more than one burner, you can cook a variety of products at different temperatures. This advantage works for those who like to grill different foods at the same time, such as vegetables and meat. If you have a side burner, you can additionally serve a side dish or sauce without having to run to the home kitchen.

Gas grills are best suited for outdoor use: on the terrace, in the garden, in the homestead. Fuel is liquefied or natural gas only. If the grill can be carried, it will also be useful in nature, on trips, outings: fishing, hunting. All you need to provide is a gas cylinder and fresh food - then a masterful dinner is guaranteed!

It is also worth knowing that cooking with these grills is really easy - even the least experienced amateurs will succeed. Why? Gas grills are really like a stove: all you have to do is light the burner, leave the food to cook, and once it's done, turn off the burners. Also, gas grills maintain a constant cooking temperature, so any food will be cooked evenly, without losing juice, so adjusting the heat and maintenance of the grill will not take much time.

It is true that gas grills will give a less constant and bright aroma of smoke than charcoal grills, but you should not be disappointed. You can also see the advantages: gas grills allow not only to generate smoke, but also to control the intensity of smoking. The strong aroma of natural smoke is not suitable for everyone, but in cases where you want to give food a specific natural smoke aroma, you can use wood blocks, fire herbs or a cylinder of smoke generators, which should be filled with wood chips and other aroma-giving additives. If you want hot or cold smoked fish and meat, you can use the same cylinder for hot smoking, and a smoke generator for cold smoking. The intensity and duration of the smoke in the gas grill can be controlled with one of the selected gas burners, so you will always be ready for both long smoking and short, quick smoke flavoring process if you have a smoke generator and smoking chips. The most important thing is that gas grills are covered when smoking fish or meat.
