Napoleon smokehouse - grill Apollo® 18

Take your smoking experience to the next level with Apollo® 18-Inch Charcoal Smoker. This vertical low & slow smoker allows you to smoke meat evenly and slowly, making it perfect for juicy brisket, ribs, fish, poultry and vegetables.

Integrated ACCU-PROBE™ Temperature Meter, three adjustable air inlets and adjustable smoke control allow precise control of the cooking process. The 304-grade stainless steel grill ensures even heating and durability, while the silicone temperature probe holes help maintain a stable heat without heat loss.

Smokehouse has stainless steel rotisserie ring (accessory sold separately), horizontal hanging rod and 5 S-shaped hooks for fish, sausages or ribs. A large door with insulated handles allows for convenient refilling of coals or water during cooking.

Thanks to locking wheels and strong locks, the sections can be securely connected during cooking or easily disassembled for transport.
