Smoked Chicken Breast by Smokey Olive Wood

Our guest Stephane Pover, founder of Smokey Olive Wood, during the smoking lesson prepared this simple dish that surprised everyone with its appearance and taste.

Required accessories:

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 50 ml of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Chicken with your favorite spices. We chose EldurApi spices for chicken
  • salt
  • 5 types of pepper

Production:

  1. Dip the orange wood shavings in the beer. Soak for at least 20 minutes. If you have more time, you can stay longer (there will be no significant difference).
  2. Peel and chop the garlic, cover them with olive oil
  3. Rinse the chicken breasts with water and pat dry with kitchen paper.
  4. Rub the chicken breasts with garlic olive oil, sprinkle with spices. We recommend using a silicone brush - it will be much more convenient.
  5. Grease the board with garlic olive oil, place the breasts on it.
  6. Place the chips directly on the coals and place the plate with the chicken on the grill. Bake in indirect heat, at a temperature of 130-160 degrees.
