- 2 chicken breasts
- 50 ml of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Chicken with your favorite spices. We chose EldurApi spices for chicken
- salt
- 5 types of pepper
Production:
- Dip the orange wood shavings in the beer. Soak for at least 20 minutes. If you have more time, you can stay longer (there will be no significant difference).
- Peel and chop the garlic, cover them with olive oil
- Rinse the chicken breasts with water and pat dry with kitchen paper.
- Rub the chicken breasts with garlic olive oil, sprinkle with spices. We recommend using a silicone brush - it will be much more convenient.
- Grease the board with garlic olive oil, place the breasts on it.
- Place the chips directly on the coals and place the plate with the chicken on the grill. Bake in indirect heat, at a temperature of 130-160 degrees.
