In interwar Lithuania, farmers raised almost 1.5 million breeding sheep, so there was no shortage of lamb. lamb was not only a meal of the elite, even ordinary people decorated their tables with lamb dishes. All we have to do is follow in the footsteps of our ancestors and taste the nut-scented meat when we get the chance...

INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg of lamb ribs
- 2 cloves of chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp. finely grated ginger
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- 1 tbsp. honey
- lemon juice
- 1 cup soy sauce

PREPARATION
First of all, prepare the Asian marinade by mixing all the ingredients and leave the lamb ribs to marinate for a few hours. You can leave them overnight if you want the marinade to soak into the meatball even better.
Light the Cobblestone tablet and wait a few minutes for it to turn gray. Alternatively, if you don't have Cobblestone tablets, you can use pressed charcoal briquettes.
When the fuel reaches the required heat, place the universal pan and grill and cover the barbecue with a lid for at least 5 minutes.
Bake the ribs for about 40-60 minutes, turning once or twice throughout the cooking time. Bake covered with a lid.
Serve delicious Asian-style lamb chops with fresh lime or lemon wedges.
