Steak is an absolute grill classic. Beef steak is a great opportunity to surprise your guests with an unexpected, but mature, classic taste. This is a fairly simple dish to make, and with this recipe you can also make a delicious side dish using gas grill.
Ingredients (for 4 servings):
- 4 aged beef entrecote steak (rib-eye) steaks
- 6 a.s. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. dried thyme
- 2 onions
- 4 sweet peppers
- 2 bundles of sage
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 3 p.m. oil
- 6 p.m. steak seasoning
Production:
- In a large bowl, mix lemon juice, thyme, finely chopped onions, sweet peppers and cumin, sprinkle with salt and pepper and marinate everything for 15 minutes;
- While the vegetables are marinating, preheat the grill roasting pan up to 200°C;
- Rub the steaks with steak seasoning. Clean the grill grates and oil them when using silicone brush;
- Put the vegetables in roasting pan and cook the steak for 10 minutes, turning once. Move the cooked steak onto the cutting tables, wrap in foil / butcher paper and let the meat rest for 10 minutes before slicing it in the direction opposite to the grain of the meat.
- While the steak is resting, continue to cook the vegetables until they are soft and slightly browned.
DELICIOUS!
